Colita’s story
It started with a recipe between friends.
Leona shared the recipe with Colita after the two became friends through the salon in Yuma. Colita made it her own. When Robert tasted it, he told her she should sell it and started taking salsa to work at YPG.
One taste started a new chapter
When Colita brought mango salsa to church, one taste was enough to show that people were ready for more. That warm welcome gave Salsalita’s a fresh reason to return.
Faith got her through the nerves
